The workplace psychopath would have no interest at all whether the system actually works. Spin is everything.
Why would the workplace psychopath bother to develop a system that was safe to use. It would seem like too much effort.
Why not develop any old system and then hold peer reviews.

Brink video review for Playstation 3 PS3.
